Q. In order to rephrase the Log-frame, could you please send us the Word or Excel version of this document? The attached file to the “Open call" is an image and it doesn’t allow us to copy and modify the text.

Q. Could you send us the budget of the project?
A. Please, note that the text of the project can be requested to the Autonomous Province of Trento, as specified in the call. However, no extra documents will be supplied to candidates.
Q. The expert(s) selected for the evaluation could be employed with "Co.co.co. contract", if he has no VAT number?
A. The specific terms of the contract will be finalised in agreement with the selected M&E, provided that they comply with all provincial and national rules. Please note that the contract will not be any type of employment or collaboration contract (including temporary or the Italian Co.Co.Co) but a service contract.
Q. If a team of 2 or 3 persons submits an offer and wins, could they be employed with different individual contracts?
A. No
Q. If a team of 2 or 3 persons submits an offer and wins, all the persons of the team have to respect all the compulsory requirement? or only the team leader?
A. The applicant (either physical person or legal entity – including a company, an association of professionals, an EEIG/GEIE, etc) must possess the minimum compulsory requirements specified in the call.
Q. In the bid you ask: “Document identifying weaknesses and strengths of the current Log-frame, with suggestions for improvements and indicators (see Annex A) – Rephrase/amend the Log-frame using the same format, please (PDF format)”. But you also declare that the "the scope of the assignment shall include: Redefining together with partners the Log-frame of the project.....using a participatory method". Rephrase the Log-frame in the offer seems not consistent with the requested participatory approach.
A. In the selection phase, rephrasing the Log-frame implies the identification of weaknesses and strengths of the current Log-frame, with suggestions for improvements and the identification of viable indicators. The submitted proposal for the redefinition of the Log-Frame is meant to be an expert's proposal to be used as a starting point in a subsequent, collective work. The proposed document will help the selection board to identify approaches, methodologies as well as the capacity of applicants to identify valuable (and weak) aspects of the project.
Q. Are we able to include additional documents in our proposal, or should evaluators only submit the seven types of document listed in the Terms of Reference.
A. Given the workload necessary to screen all documentation, no additional documents will be considered during the selection, beside the ones listed in the check list of the call for bids.
Q. Is it possible to receive the preliminary results (the original document or a draft/abstract) of the research (Activity 1.3) and the baseline data collected with the WSA methodology?
A. Please, note that the text of the project can be requested to the Autonomous Province of Trento, as specified in the call. However, no extra documents will be supplied to candidates.
Q. We would like to know the exact starting day of the F.A.Q. publication on your website.
A. Questions may be sent ONLY in English, by e-mail no later that 9th March 2016. New questions and answers will be published on rolling basis on this page until 14th March 2016. No individual replies will be given to questions.
Q. What kind of contract will be signed by the M&E in case of success in the selection?
A. The specific terms of the contract will be finalised in agreement with the selected M&E, provided that they comply with all provincial and national rules. The procedures of the Autonomous Province of Trento allow this kind of service contracts for a maximum duration of 12 months, renewable.
